Company wins Mid-to-Large Partner Organization Category at the 2015 Recruiting Service Innovation Awards

RealMatch, the leading recruitment advertising technology platform and Recruitment ADvisor Blog sponsor, is pleased to announce that it has been named Talent Acquisition Partner, Innovator of the Year in the Large Organization category at the Recruiting Service Innovation (ReSIs) Awards gala in Las Vegas.

The Recruiting Service Innovation Awards (ReSIs) are designed to recognize the individuals, organizations, products and services that have a significant and beneficial impact on talent acquisition including optimization of the recruiter’s experience. The highly competitive selection process included detailed evaluations and extensive customer interviews conducted by prominent veterans from the recruiting industry.

“It’s an honor to be named Innovator of the Year as our programmatic job ad distribution and matching technologies continue to disrupt the online recruitment market. This year’s award ceremony coincided with the announcement of the rebrand of the association, which will now be called the Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions (TATech.) The change is a reflection of the rapidly growing member base going well beyond job sites and career portals to include leading talent acquisition technology providers and mid-large employers focusing heavily on leveraging innovated technology solutions to source quality talent more efficiently.
