  1. “Negotiating From A Position Of Power”

    False. As soon as a skilled employee has the power to negotiate, they will be promptly replaced with an H1B visa holder (who they’ll be forced to train to do their job) And if they’re older, they’ll be replaced with someone younger.

      Why does someone need to be replaced simply for asking for better or improved compensation? If this person brings value to the business/company, then he/she will not be so quickly replaced.
